I decided to go with C5 Calipers and rotors.
I ordered the front brake set-up from Disc Brakes R US.
I had them powder coat the calipers red with a powdercoat "CAMARO" instead of "CORVETTE".
The Hat of the rotor also recieved a silver/aluminum color powder coat to protect it from rusting.

A 3rd Gen F-body donated it's front rotors so that
I could make a hub which then gave it the right
offset to align the rotor with the caliper

The first two pictures shown below show the difference
between the 2nd gen rotor and the 3rd gen rotor.
The rotor on the right is the 3rd gen.
