INTERIOR

Shown below are the gauges I've selected. The first photo is the actual gauges, and the
last two photos show what they will look like when installed.

Can't have too much Dynamat! I want to hear after a 3 hour drive
This stuff is great! All the panels where Dynamat has been fastened to
sounds like the panel's mass has increased by 100%, hense the deadened vibration.

I have decided to go with an all black interior, I know boring, but all of the big expensive items were all ready black!
The second picture shows the pedal covers I am using from WWW.MODOINNOVATIONS.COM, a very nice quality product
The Third picture shows how and where I am storing the LT1 engine harness fuse block and other relays

The first picture below is just a random progress picture of the dash.
The second picture shows where I located my OBD I port. (mock-up stage)

My cardboard-particle board headliner was in decent shape,
so I went with a perforated vinyl-.25" thick foamed back headliner material

Since I decided to "smooth" the firewall and I know it's not always going to be 70degs or warmer here in Wisconsin,
I had asked Badger Truck and Refrigeration to see if they were willing to help me out with a small heater and heater controls.
Thanks to BTRAC, I was able to aquire a very small 15KBTU heater, electric flow valve and fan/heater controls.
Instead of trying to find some good origial vents, I went with BTRAC's round vents and incorporated them into the original dash.
I will be installing the heater controls in the ash try to help give the interior a nice clean look.
The following pictures give you an idea of what is being done.

Here are some current photos of the interior, notice the lack of heater controls, I have incorporated the heater controls into the ashtray.

I have decided that I just don't like the "racer" seats I have chosen, therefore I decided to buy Scat Procar Seats to give that 70's look but still give a modern feel.
Also notice the addition of the seatbelts, these are Morris Classic Industries belts,a very nice fit.

Well, time has past along with a couple of car shows too.
I just don't think I will be able to install a stereo at this time.
So, I found a radio delete plate to help finish off the interior.

This is also a good time to point out that the pedal covers are now installed.
These are the covers from MODO Innovations, See the third set of pictures from the top
